My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the service was exceptional with friendly staff, there were some disappointments like the lack of a mini fridge in the room and the shabby condition of the carpet and sink. The location, though beautiful, had some drawbacks like the strong chlorine smell and limited walkable options nearby.

The staff at the hotel were awesome and so friendly, always ready to help, especially when I requested an updated room with newer furniture. However, there was an incident where my contact case was thrown away in the bathroom, and no responsibility was taken, leaving me quite upset.

The hotel's location near the Peace Bridge and within a reasonable distance to BUF International Airport was convenient, but the strong chlorine smell was quite nauseating. Although the area was beautiful with nice seating options, the lack of walkable amenities was a downside.

The hotel is in a great location, perfect for accessing Niagara without high prices and with a nice small-town vibe. The service was prompt and friendly, making our long weekend stay very pleasant. However, the dining experience was below expectations with a buffet that didn't impress. The facilities were in good condition overall.
